The mission of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) is to protect and serve the citizens of Los Angeles with honor, integrity, and professionalism. The LAPD is dedicated to preserving public safety, enforcing the law with fairness, and maintaining public trust through accountability and community partnerships.
